Your digital certificate is issued the same day you complete and pass the course, sent directly to your email.
Not passing is uncommon, since you'll have the chance to learn and practice the required skills throughout class. If someone doesn't demonstrate the skills correctly or doesn't pass the exam, we'll point out what to review — you can go over the material and come back to retake the skills evaluation and/or exam.
Yes. The certification meets applicable OSHA requirements, and your official certification is issued through the American Red Cross.
